Please be ready with you insurance policy number, or the frame number of your bike, or even the name on the bike's invoice.
You can ask them to bring your bike at home or to one of the dealers of the brand's network (urbanarrow.com, lovensbike.com, butchersandbicycles.com, wintherbikes.com, radkutsch.de, bergamont.com). We advise that you contact the dealer before.
